Description-
Heat-treated to increase file flexibility, the V-Taper™ 2H NiTi Rotary File system ensures root canal navigation without lodging, transportation, or zipping, even in the most curved canals. Standard NiTi files continually try to revert to their original straight shape. The proprietary processing of V-Taper2H files reduces shape memory, allowing them to follow the natural contours of the canal while reducing the tendency to straighten out.
The distinctive shape and color of the V-Taper™2H files are the result of SS White’s proprietary processing. The result is an instrument design with
Inherent strength and flexibility, allow you to negotiate the toughest cases with greater safety.
Cost-efficient use: V-Taper™2H files allow completion of most root canal cases using only two to three files.
The most minimally invasive of shapes
Establish glide path with V-Glide Path™2H File and follow with V-Taper™2H 2-file shaping system.
ADVANTAGES:
- A root canal has a variable rate of change NOT a constant rate of taper change, this is the basis for variable taper design of V-Taper™2 Files
- V-Taper™2 File System encompasses a more anatomic design that creates shape while preserving key peri-cervical dentin by more closely mirroring the natural shape of the root
- V-Taper™2 instruments have a variable “V” decreasing rate of taper going from tip to shaft
INDICATIONS:
