Description-

The Septodont R.T.R. Syringe is a bone graft material specifically designed for dental procedures. It is a reliable and effective solution for filling and reconstructing bone defects in maxillofacial and dental surgery.The bone graft material in the R.T.R. Syringe has specific structural properties that promote bone regeneration. It features macropores with sizes ranging from 100 µm to 400 µm, which facilitate the colonization of newly formed bone. These structural properties enhance the integration of the bone graft with the surrounding tissues, promoting natural bone growth and regeneration.

One of the key advantages of the R.T.R. Syringe is its gradual resorbability. Over time, the bone substitute is naturally broken down and replaced by new bone, resulting in a complete and long-lasting restoration of the defect site.The R.T.R. Syringe is designed for ease of use during dental procedures. The syringe format allows for convenient and precise delivery of the bone graft material directly into the bone cavity. Prior to application, the granules can be soaked with either the patient’s blood or a saline solution, ensuring optimal hydration and integration with the surrounding tissues.It is crucial to note that the R.T.R. Syringe should not be used in cases of acute osteomyelitis or necrosis of the recipient site, bone degeneration, known active infection, or known allergy to any constituent of the bone substitute. Additionally, underlying oral pathologies, including infections, should be treated and ruled out prior to the application of the bone graft material.
